Denver & Littleton Children's Photographer - baby plan - Sadie's "sitting up" session

It's easy to see why my littlest clients and their families become some of my very favorites...

Most of them are on my "baby plan" so I see them for their newborn session, "sitting up" session (usually around 6 months old) and again for their "standing up" session (usually around their 1st birthday).  I love documenting the important milestones in their lives and being able to really get to know their little personalities!

This family is no exception.  They are so down to Earth, so real, so beautiful...
and there is SO. MUCH. LOVE.

Sessions with this family tend to run a little long and their last ordering appointment may have turned into a late night gab-fest featuring the most delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies ;).  What can I say?  I have rad clients!

littleton photographer - heirloom treasure box

What do you do with your images after they've been taken?  Are you printing them so that you can enjoy them or are they still sitting on a disk or flash drive, buried in a drawer?  The only way to truly archive your images is to print them.  Computers crash.  Flash drives and discs fail.  I keep hearing story after story about people losing precious memories because their computer crashed and they hadn't taken the time to do anything with their digital images yet.  I am so passionate about making sure that this does not happen to my clients.

Some of my fondest memories growing up involve sitting down with a box of images, picking up a stack and remembering moments from my past.  My mom still has boxes upon boxes of images and we still sit down and enjoy them together.  Now you can too...

I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to announce the addition of the heirloom treasure box to my offerings.  I've partnered with the amazing artisans at H.H. Boogie to bring my clients the most beautiful wooden boxes I've ever seen.  Goodness, how I adore this family owned company and their values...

Beautifully handcrafted here in the states, each of these real-life treasure boxes contain a full set of bordered, 4 x 6 lustre fine art prints from your session and three glass vials to hold special keepsakes.  A lock of your baby’s hair, a sprig from your first family Christmas tree or a frayed edge from your little one’s most beloved blanket... whatever you choose to enclose will be preserved in a manner worthy of its value and kept accessible for you to enjoy and share.

Made from rustic walnut with all of it’s beautiful imperfections, your box has a hand rubbed oil finish that is made to wear and is designed to age from being handled and cherished.

It makes me smile to think about my clients sitting down with their children to look through their images year after year.  One day, their grandchildren will be sitting down with the same box and sharing their images with their kids... I am so grateful that I can create these treasures for you!
